BAKER TILLY CONSULAUDIT S.P.A.

Founded in 1974, BAKER TILLY CONSULAUDIT S.p.A. offers audit and accounting consultancy services. It has been included in the Special Register of Auditors approved by CONSOB to perform audits in terms of Legislative Decree no 58 of February 24, 1998 since the Register was first set up in 1980. Baker Tilly Consulaudit S.p.A. is also on the Register of Auditors created under a Legislative Decree of January 27, 1992.

Audit and accounting consultancy represent the Company’s only activities. This is in order to safeguard professional independence requirements.

In October 2004, the Company changed its name from Consulaudit S.p.A. to Baker Tilly Consulaudit S.p.A. in order to assert its identity as the sole member for Italy of the Baker Tilly International network and confirm its international nature.
