must be able to understand the nature of the client’s
business and the particular aspects of the business
that it is required to audit. This understanding may
be built up through dialogue with management.
Each client is granted the maximum possible attention
so that their requirements are considered promptly and
solutions found.

the engagement. This means that the client is always
